These terms apply to your use of the PixelShelf website and its downloadable resources.
Using the resources
Unless a resource page says otherwise, downloads are provided as starter templates for learning and customization. You are responsible for reviewing, testing and adapting code before using it in a live project.
License and permitted use
After a valid purchase or free download, you may use the resource in your own personal or business projects. You may modify it for those projects. Unless a separate license explicitly permits it, you may not resell, redistribute, repackage or publish the original files as a competing template or resource library.
Payments and access
Premium purchases will only be available after checkout is activated. The product description, price, currency and license shown at checkout will form part of the purchase terms. Never treat a preview as proof of payment or access.
Availability and updates
We may update, replace or discontinue resources and website features. We aim to keep downloads available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the site or every older version.
Disclaimer and liability
Resources are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that a template will meet every technical or business requirement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
