Refund Policy
This policy is intended for PixelShelf digital downloads. Please read it before purchasing.
Digital products
Digital files can generally be accessed immediately after delivery, so change-of-mind refunds may not be available once a file has been successfully downloaded. This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded in your location.
File or delivery problems
If a download link fails or the delivered file is corrupted, contact us within 7 days of the purchase where possible. Include the order reference and we will help troubleshoot or provide a working copy.
How to request help
Email alifsheikheng@gmail.com with your order reference, the product name and a short description of the issue. Do not include card numbers, passwords, PINs or one-time codes. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
Review and resolution
Where a file is missing, corrupted, materially different from its description or cannot reasonably be accessed, we will investigate and may provide a corrected file, replacement access or a refund as appropriate and as required by applicable law.
